Welcome Friends, Students and Valued Customers,
It's been nearly a year since we re-opened wildheatherdesigns.com; a year filled with lots of exciting happenings and new ventures. My new book has finally been released; A Fiber Artist's Guide to Color & Design. It was so wonderful to be able to have included the work of so many of my former students. The book is full of some fabulous quilts of every type and skill level as well as other fiber techniques and some great mixed media pieces.
We've been coming up with lots of new hand dyed products and have added silk ribbon, cocoons and carrier rods, silk roving, fancy trims and lace appliques to our fine line of cotton and silk fabrics.
Our newest products will be here by the end of October. The first is a large line of clear rubber stamps that I have designed with fabric artists in mind and the second is a group of three patterns that I published a few years ago that used Shiva Paintstiks and stencils. I am re-releasing the patterns as booklets on CD with all of the stencils included.
We will constantly be coming up with new products, ideas and techniques to keep you occupied and experimenting in your studio.
