Heather is a mixed media fiber artist who an avid teacher and writer. She has recently finished her second book, Color & Design, the basics and beyond. She is currently free lancing for Quilting Arts Magazine and shooting DVD's for The Creative Crafts Group.
Though Heather is no longer designing patterns for the quilting market she has begun publishing instructional books on CD. Look for her new title "Quilt & Color" on the book pages of the store. Shipping Information:
Most orders will ship within 3 days of our receiving the order. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your order with details about shipping etc. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a second email.
All orders with domestic destinations will be shipped via USPS. All international orders will be shipped via UPS.
If one or more items from your order are on back ordered status, shipping of your order will be held until the back ordered item is received. No partial orders will be shipped unless the customer requests it and agrees to pay the additional S/H costs.
We strive to keep shipping and handling costs as inexpensive as possible and have no intention of profiting from them. With that in mind, we will ship all books or orders with books in them "book rate" which will make the shipping time about 3-5 days longer than normal.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any item that you are not happy with as long as it is in unused condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If a product arrives damaged or in non-working order we will refund both the cost of the item and the cost of the return shipping once the product has been received by us.

Why can I only sign up for some classes on your web site?
Classes held at retail locations must be paid for at the retail location. Only classes held at The Art Salon or other special locations can be paid for on this web site.
Why wont you ship my order via UPS or FedEx? We are a very small company with one owner with one assistant. As we grow, we may be able to ship via multiple companies but for now - simpler is better for us and the USPS is less expensive for you.
There's a product out there that you don't carry and I can't find anywhere else. Can you help? We'll certainly try. What is the name of the product and the company name that makes it? With those two bits of info, we might be able to find it, order it and offer it to you and the rest of our customers.
